Welcome to GetExtraHelp.com! This document (the “Terms of Service”) forms a legally binding agreement between you and GetExtraHelp.com in relation to your use of any and all services provided by GetExtraHelp.com. The Terms of Service may be updated or changed from time to time. Any modifications can be found on GetExtraHelp.com.

GetExtraHelp.com reserves the right to reject any audio that is considered to be of such poor quality that a transcription is not possible. If GetExtraHelp.com rejects your source material, you will be notified immediately.

GetExtraHelp.com is not liable for any damage or alteration to source material that may occur during electronic transfer.

You accept the following:

• While we do our best to ensure accuracy, no transcript is ever perfect.
• Occasionally, there will be unavoidable discrepancies and inaccuracies due to poor audio quality, regional slang and/or dialects, unfamiliar proper names and nouns.
• Transcriptionists will make judgment calls regarding grammar, run-on sentences, unfamiliar slang, obscure jargon, unorthodox spelling, and/or locations.

Your audio files are protected on a secure server. GetExtraHelp.com will not divulge the contents of audio files or transcriptions to third parties.

Upon completion of your transcription, GetExtraHelp.com will delete from our server all source information and audio files pertaining to your project. We will retain electronic copies of your transcription for our records.
