How do I use GetExtraHelp.com?
Follow these easy steps to convert your digital audio file to an accurate Microsoft Word transcription:
1. Select Purchase a Transcript from the menu on the home page.
2. Tell us the length of your file by selecting 60 minutes or less or 61-120 minutes.
3. Enter your full name and email address.
4. Set the priority level of your file.
5. Use Message Details to leave specific instructions and/or additional notes for your transcriptionist.
6. Upload your audio file (GetExtraHelp accepts all types) and click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email with a Username and Password, allowing you to log in and check the status of your transcription at any point in the process.
When your transcription is finished, you will receive the Microsoft Word file via the email address you provided.
